The spa is accessible during your stay at the hotel from 3pm on the day of arrival to 12pm on the day of departure. If you want to extend your spa experience, we offer spa access from 11am on the day of your arrival or until 4pm on the day of your departure at 40 euros per person per day.
The tourist tax for La Petite-Pierre is in addition to 1.60 euro per day and per person.
La Clairière is equipped with an Internet access system. The use of the Internet is free and induces the self-prohibition of any illegal downloading. Laptops and laptops are not accepted at the restaurant or spa.
Dinner for New Year's Eve is 150 Euros per person and is mandatory when booking a room for December 31st.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CANCELLATION 2023

For any cancellation of stay, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 24 hours before arrival (before 3 pm on the day before arrival): 0%
- Less than 24 hours before your arrival or "No-show" (after 3 pm on the day before arrival) : 100% of the estimated amount of the stay will be charged.
Upon arrival, a credit card will be required; A cash deposit is also available to secure your stay. In case of early departure, the amount of the initial stay is invoiced in full, as compensation.
For Spa treatments: A late arrival may result in a reduction in the time of the treatment or its cancellation.
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before treatments will be charged 100%. In case of "no show", the reservation will be charged in full. We will allow ourselves to debit your account.
To pay for your stay, La Clairière accepts cash, ANCV holiday vouchers and the following credit cards as a means of payment: Carte Bleu/Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Club Dinners.
ID is required for payment by credit card.

Children's Policy
The facilities and services at La Clairière are designed for adults who are looking for both the place and the know-how to improve their well-being. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed at the Spa. Children under 12 years old can be accommodated free of charge in their parents' room (in a superior room only). Children over 12 years old can be accommodated in the parents' room (in a superior room only) at a rate of 50 euros per night including breakfast. Access to the spa for over 16s will be charged at 32 euros per night. A maximum of 2 children per room is allowed. Baby cots for children under 3 years old are free of charge (subject to availability). Children are allowed to use the indoor pool under the supervision of their parents. We ask parents to ensure that children are accompanied in the public places of La Clairière and that they do not disturb the tranquility of other customers.
