Invigorate body, mind and soul

Approximately 3 hours guided walk through the forest learning about its essential nature.
Walking in the forest expands the lungs, improves the body’s oxygen take-up and pleasantly stimulates the metabolism and cardiovascular system.
You will learn about the forest and nature according to the season and what we observe along the way.
You are of course free to explore the numerous well-marked designated trails around the hotel at any time on your own.
