Nordic walking is more intensive than walking and also tones the torso musculature. It stimulates the heart and cardiovascular system and boosts fitness levels.
The use of poles makes use of the upper body muscles. Active walking is thus a more comprehensive form of training than simple walking, while subjecting the joints to greater exertion. In principle it is as suitable for those with lower fitness levels as for ambitious sports enthusiasts, as the effort required is proportional to your pace.

Nordic Walking session during your stay depending on the activity program: €25 per person per session (free for guests staying with a program or with the vitality offer) 

Nordic Walking "one to one": €115 per person and per hour

Nordic Walking for companies and groups (minimum 10 participants): €25 per person and per hour
