Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient tradition rooted in a recognition of the healing power of nature and the rhythms of life to which we are all connected. The treatments offered include techniques such as massage, Qi Gong to cultivate Chi or life energy.

TCM package 3 nights (to be added to the room rate): €669 per person for 3 nights

·      3 nights in a vitality package (breakfast, afternoon bar with snacks and 4-course daily menu for dinner)

·      3 detox lunches (soup/gazpacho of the day)

·      1 therapy session (physical & emotional) (30 min): to identify the imbalances present according to the theory of the five elements of Chinese medicine (water, wood, fire, earth, metal) and to personalize the treatments below

·      1 individual Qigong session to balance the 12 meridians (60 min)

·      1 Chinese Tuina massage of the 5 elements and 12 meridians (55 min): Traditional Chinese massage without oil to promote and balance the circulation of the life energy Qi in the whole body

·      1 foot reflex zone massage (55 min)

·      Final recommendations (diet, lifestyle, herbal medicine, self-massages, etc.)
