Conscious body movements combined with conscious breathing.
The asanas (body positions) are only one aspect of yoga, one of the main features of which is that everyone practises the movements according to their abilities. Through constant practice the body becomes more supple, more resilient, more stable and the exercises are automatically carried out in their entirety. They are always effective as long as you consciously enter and leave the position and pay careful attention to your breathing.
The asanas are closely linked to the pranayama (breathing) exercises, yoga nidra (relaxation exercises) and meditation. Together they harmonise the body and mind.

Yoga class during your stay depending on the activity program: €15 per person and per hour (free for guests staying with a program or with the vitality offer) 

Privat Yoga Class "one to one": €115 per person and per hour

Yoga Class for companies and groups (minimum 10 participants): €25 per person and per hour
